Study finds Latino workers trapped under 'blue-collar ceiling'

A study condcuted by DePaul University as part of the New Journalism on Latino Children project, which is led by the University of California's Institute of Human Development and receives funding from the McCormick Foundation, found that educational gaps have led Chicago area's Latino workers to become trapped in low-paying, low-skill industries.
